Key Responsibilities
Inbound shipments are scheduled using weekly forecasts, allowing us to anticipate volumes, optimize transportation, and allocate resources effectively. Each project is aligned with its Statement of Work (SOW), which outlines critical requirements such as the type of transport, specific handling instructions, and any special programs to be applied to the load.
Outbound operations are planned on a daily basis, adapting to the processed materials available and ensuring timely dispatches to downstream vendors or directly to clients. This flexibility allows us to maintain high service levels while meeting strict client deadlines.
We work with two specialized software platforms that support every stage of the recycling and ITAD process: Makor for Recycling operations and Vadis for ITAD projects. These systems allow us to manage the full lifecycle — from project planning and material check-in, through production and processing, all the way to the final step of generating detailed reports for clients.
In the Recycling area, Makor helps track and optimize each stage of scrap material handling, ensuring compliance, traceability, and operational efficiency. In ITAD, Vadis enables secure chain-of-custody tracking, data sanitization validation, and device refurbishment records, providing clients with complete transparency.
Both systems also manage outbound processes, coordinating the dispatch of materials to downstream vendors or directly to clients, while keeping a record of all logistics, documentation, and compliance requirements. This integrated approach ensures that every movement, from the first pickup to the final delivery, is traceable, efficient, and aligned with client expectations.
Document management is an essential part of our operations, ensuring that every shipment complies with legal, safety, and client-specific requirements. This includes the preparation of transport and regulatory documents such as the CMR for international road freight, the Begeleidingsbrief required for waste transport within the Netherlands, and the Dangerous Goods Note for the safe handling and movement of hazardous materials.
